Anyone into motorcycles?

Thanks. I don't ride anything yet, that's the problem haha. I'm a man with a license and no bike to ride. Been on a few sites pricing out bikes but as I'm new, still feel more comfortable in the parking lot .

TRAMAS?

Best way to get the confidence is to really just get out there. Once you get a bike id be happy to go on some nice easy rides with you just to get you acclimated.

Congrats !!! Enjoy the freedom from traffic jams. :)As an pedestrian safety advocate look out for the folks crossing the street.
PS: Be safe

Didn't like the Sportster?

not that i necessarily didnt like it but it just wasnt for me. Beautiful bike but it was a little small for me in both physical size and engine size. One of my favorite looking bikes harley currently makes is the fourty eight which is a sportster model, but its just not for me.

Not the greatest pic but thats the last pic i have of her. Since this pic ive changed the headlight, changed and relocated the front turn signals to the forks, and got front and rear led turn signals.

Is that a recommendation or what you ride?

Thats my bike, I love the thing to pieces but... she's a hell of a bike.

Pros
Has an actual radiator so your legs don't fry.
Inline 3 cylinder so the balance is amazing
Power to spare.
Its gorgeous.

Cons
Not a newbies bike, 100hp is no joke on a bike.
Parts can be a pain to get.

Best advice I can give a newbie is get something in the 250cc range and learn how to ride the sox off of it. Then upgrade to something with real power.

If you had told me you rode a bike, and I had to guess the make, I'd have pegged you as a Ducati rider.

The Ducatti almost killed me, twice. I decided to switch to something a tad more sedate.
