Since this thread is so long, I didn't look through everything. But last I heard they were trying to bid on some land out in belmont park? That would be outside of the city limits, which I think is a bad thing considering it's NY-CITY FC. There's already a NY team outside of the limits and they might as well be called NJ!

I also read somewhere that somewhere in whitestone could be a possible site. I definitely think the new home should be within the city limits and not too difficult for fans to travel. The club is doing well and attendance for games is going down. We need our home field. I think it will bring an even bigger sense of pride and permanence to NYCFC.

I'd vote for whitestone, myself. Belmont park is just too far and not easily accessible without a car.

Remember how we all tried to go two weeks without posting on this thread and maybe we'd get an announcement in that time...

Let's try it again, but a little longer. Let's reopen discussion of the stadium on December 1st.
