My point is the opposite - a lot can be done without a parcel of land secured. The processes can run concurrently.

Shit yeah. I actually asked some lawyers this question (and the lawyers on the Forums please give me your thoughts): If there was information that was publicly posted that was again talked about during a NDA focus group, can that information be talked without breaking the NDA?
The NDA says that Confidential Information does not include information that is in the public domain without violation of the agreement.
