2019 Season Ticket Thread

lol my email to my rep

Had I know I would have added "P.S. I got a guy who can do a better job you should hire him. And I don't even know him, but I am 100% sure he could improve this steaming pile of feces you call a website"...... pretty sure that endorsement could have gotten you hired. But alas its too late.
I'm at work now and I just burst out laughing. "Steaming pile of feces" is what got me.
I mean, I know I could make it better. Made an autodialer app for my internship that looks 3x as good as that website!

To be fair to the Club, the Account Manager website is hosted by Ticketmaster.

Now, whether Ticketmaster, the Club or a combination of the two are responsible for the hot mess that exists there remains an open question.
It's Ticketmaster, unless you just don't like the color blue. The Nets site is exactly the same in a different colorway.

My rep called me about relocation, asked me a million and one questions about all kinds of things in my life, never actually asked me if I wanted to move (I didn't) and then just left it there.

Still rocking the SS next year :handfist:

you s.o.b. are you they guy who keep telling me about a great deal on medical braces or the guy who keeps telling me the IRS is coming to get me? How is your cantonese, nevermind, lose my #
LOLOLOLOL nooooo not like that at all! Completely different type! The company is an online perfume company and many times people's cards will get declined or other problems so the orders are put on hold and they had no efficient way to call them all. I can show you the SQL (actually I can't) but I can assure you we only call what we need! Do I still get that recommendation?

Decided to move to 234. Rep didn't even call me or respond to my email.

Where were you sitting before?

I missed my call yesterday and haven't called back. I'm in 233B but am debating moving to section 133 or 229/230.

Someone tell me I'm crazy thinking about upgrading!!!

I was on the first base sideline. I think everyone is crazy for having season tickets considering the secondary market.

If I don't pick up when my rep calls me, and I do nothing else, will I stay where I am?

I'm in 237 GA and don't plan on moving. So the less people I have to talk with the better. But I also don't wanna run into a situation where my season tickets end up getting canceled.

“No action is required to retain your same seats.”

As others have mentioned, I discovered this morning that the seat map doesn’t correctly indicate availability. It had my whole section in red but when i asked the rep about it, guess what, he had available exactly the seats I wanted. Said something about overlapping holds? It sounds like the reps are blocking off seats on their end in order to have options available to sell on the phone that won’t get swiped by someone using the map. Can’t trust the map.

Do we really just have 5 reps? I know the photos have been consistent at that number, but I always somehow thought there were more.

This is the first year I'll be selling all my tickets. I normally go to most matches and give the rest away to friends. But I'm going to try an experiment and see how I do selling all my matches for 2 tickets (sold together or separate) in the SS. And then I'll buy tickets in other sections to games I can attend, maybe even sign up for a promo package to be announce mid-season! Here's my starting chart, I'll update it as the season progresses. I'm really curious how I do. Feels like an adult version of Lemonade Stand. I seriously doubt I'll get any of those asking prices, but I have to start high and adjust as games get closer. Any pricing suggestions appreciated.
