Does anyone know what the extra cost is to take the train from 125th?

If it's more than 2.75, it probably makes sense to walk over to the 4.

Hello new here from Stamford. I believe the transfer from 125th is included in the price, you pay for the ticket to 153rd Yankee stadium.

Center Street Pub has confirmed for me that they are showing today's game on YES with sound; they can be found here:

I will definitely check them out; hopefully today or if not then soon.

I went to Center Street Pub today.

They had the NYCFC-Colorado game on, including pre-game and post-game, but they did not have the game on with sound. [EDIT/UPDATE - They say will have sound on at least one television for each NYCFC game (at least each away game because I didn't ask about home games)]. There were a number of people there and most of them were watching NCAA basketball.

It was a nice place. Guinness was $8.

Should let the club know. They are a pub partner. I thought they had to play games with sound to qualify.

Okay. If you find a pub in CT that shows the NYCFC away games with sound, please share the location in this thread. The Center Street pub will end up showing games with sound (on at least one television and at least for away games because I didn't inquire about home games).

Hey folks - anyone know of any pubs near Norwalk/Stamford that will be showing the game tomorrow?

It's on tape delay, so I'm a bit iffy about watching it from a Pub. But if others will be there, I'll be there.

I'm going to be heading to Anna Liffey's in Fairfield for Sunday night's game if anyone wants to join me for a pie and a pint.

So, me and a friend went to Anna Liffey's in Fairfield tonight for the game. There was no one else there watching NYCFC which sucked, but they couldn't have been nicer. They opened up the back of the place for just us and put the game on the giant projection screen. The bartender was making special trips back to take care of us. The food was outstanding. Shepard's pie was awesome, and the Guinness was fresh.

Overall incredible place to watch the game other than there were no other supporters there, but it was a Sunday night.

Pump it up on Twitter and everywhere and more people may show up in the future. Probably easier for road games though obviously. That place is awesome and if I lived near there, you wouldn't have to twist my arm to get me to show up for matches.

Does anyone meet up for drinks in the New Haven area before taking to the train to the games. Or near any station on the Metro North line for that matter. I'm looking for a good pre game bar?

Any CT fans want to get together for this one? We could do Liffey's in Fairfield. We could plan to head down to Norwalk? Other ideas work too. Let me know so we can pick a spot and call the bar to be sure they will play the game.

I'd join up. Norwalk would be best for me, but I'd also be good with the Liff in Fairfield.

doctorhoosier doctorhoosier I called Liffey's and they have a DJ playing saturday night at 9:30, so thats probably out of the question. Tavern on 7, in norwalk, is open late and they said they'd put the game on. No bands this weekend. Thats where me and my friend will go, if you and any other CT peeps want to meet up, I'll be there in Blue and white!
