I wish we were playing Minnesota, they are by far the worst team to ever play in mls in recent memory. Worse than chivas.

San Jose has looked better this year than last year but they haven't faced a team like NYCFC with an effective high press and a dynamic attack. Godoy has looked good, but relying on his Golazos is a bit like us relying on Tommy Mac to win games. Wondo is still dangerous because of his smart movement off the ball and finishing, but I think he is going to be starved for service. I really like their rookie right back, Lima, he slides into the attack really well and can defend, but I think we are going to school him when he cheats up too much. If we defend all over the field like we have been doing, there is no reason we can't get the 3 points.

I wish NYCFC was playing Minnesota this week, by the time NYCFC plays them, MNU might have figured out how to defend. A game against MNU would have been a cure for those finishing woes.

Someone posted on twitter that the all time worst goals allowed in a season was 67 by Chivas USA (who else...) and Minnesota is more than 25% of the way there after only four games...ufff.

And the weather for Saturday continues to trend positively.

weather.com and wunderground are both showing clearing skies by afternoon with highs around 50. Definitely a positive step. Although my go to website for forecasting (tropicaltidbits.com) is showing this for Saturday at noon:

Don't worry, that's just the forecaster's kid's spin art picture.

I wonder if they can double it. That would be crazy.
