Red Bulls got to come up with at least two in New England. Gonna be tough with no BWP. I'm assuming Henry has to make the trip, but will he?

After this match does anyone have any gas left in the tank to watch L.A. - Seattle? Kick off coming up on ESPN in a moment. Hope this game doesn't turn out to be anti-climatic.

This match has been fairly boring. Not sure if it is because of the lower broadcast quality of ESPN, or if the crowd is actually as silent as they seem.

I thought it was pretty decent. Both teams had their chances and Pinedo was fabulous with that double save in he 20'.

I think though, I might have hit the nail on the head when I said in my last post this match could be anti-climatic after RBNY-NE.

Damn, I've got to get up and walk around for a few minutes...........my ass is numb from sitting all afternoon watching these games. (TMI?)

TMI? Yes. :)

But I wonder if Sounders can bounce back at home with Alonso and Neagle back. Its not looking good for NYRB. Too bad, because I thought it would be cool for NYCFC to start beating RB next year when they were defending champs. At least now NYCFC will probably be MLS Cup winners before RB.

Does Jones always dive so much? It seemed, excessive today.

FWIW, I just read an article in the Times and Henry says he's making the trip.
I also read that he doesn't want to but knows RB need him so he will. Sounded like he was pissed that MLS was forcing him to do it. Not good.

Yes, Jones dived live crazy today. I had noticed that it was pretty crazy since he joined the Revs, but today was out of control. He should have been yellowed for embellishment.

I expect us to get some media attention next season and if we hit a few road bumps which we will, we'll hate the media even more than most of us fans of other local teams already do.

Damn, you know the sport is starting to enter the mainstream when the NY vultures, er, I mean media start running with articles like this one: http://nypost.com/2014/11/24/clueless-mike-petkes-gaffes-destroying-the-red-bulls/

Definitely not the usual puff piece soccer fans are used to seeing in the New York newspapers.
The entire article is based off this:
“What? Bradley is suspended?’’ Petke said. “I didn’t even realize.’’
Seems like an awful lot of words and assumptions based off an innocuous little quote. This isn't even considering that quote was likely said in a sarcastic tone. F U newspaper writer man.

Thank goodness NBCsn has the Revs-Metros game today. It's the game I actually can't wait to watch and NBC's production quality has been far superior to ESPN. It's too bad we will be losing NBC next season with FOX, who had very low quality with the EPL, but seem to be doing a little better with the UCL now.
