Home - 03/15 New England Revolution

Frankly Speaking: Frank Lampard will not be playing in this match.

Correct, but did it need adding to both threads? I think we've got Lampard plastered over enough threads already, let's try to keep these match threads on the topic of the matches.

So is there a plan on a March or anything this is the first home game it's got to be something memorable.

I'm hoping to get to see this game. I'm from Belfast in Northern Ireland, visiting NYC for the first time in March and very keen to check out some MLS, so I'm going to get myself a single ticket once they're on sale. Can't wait!

I have to say I'm very impressed with the enthusiasm on this forum, I'm a lifelong football (soccer :-D) fan, and the sport has given me so many great memories, it's really cool to see a brand new club starting out and hopefully giving you all plenty to cheer about in the years to come. Out of interest how do you think NYCFC will fare against the Rev? From what I have read New England are a decent side.

It's extremely difficult to predict early season MLS matches, especially this one as we are still building our roster and they have already lost a couple of key starters. In my opinion, they are the team to beat in the East, but the Revs have always under performed in the early part of the season before firing on all cylinders later in the year, just like the Pats.

I have a set of 4, I currently have 2 left in section 103. row 1.

I doubt 4 week forecasts are very reliable haha
As far as temps are concerned they're pretty accurate. The fronts are tracked weeks and months out. While precipitation isn't as easy to predict. The temperatures based on past data and models are pretty simple.

It's gone down a couple of degrees since the last time I checked months ago.

After experiencing 7 degree weather for weeks here in Quebec, 32 seems lightweight. I'll never complain about the cold in NYC again.

I have heard from a weatherman that anything past three days is a guess. They have no idea how the front will move four weeks out.
