Impressive Audience In Usa For El Classico !!

I feel like if you have BeIn sport in this country, you probably went out of your way to get it, and if you did then you probably did it for the soccer. Which explains the high % of viewers for the network.

They have bein sports connect that allows live streaming, which is how I watch the match. I wonder if they count those numbers too?
 
Only a matter time of before ESPN, Fox or one of the bigger networks get el Classico. Bundesliga gonna be on Fox this upcoming season, I expect La Liga to follow on one of the bigger networks.

I didn't know about fox getting the Bundesliga contract!
 
Fox has a huge opportunity with the Bundesliga next season as long as it's produced and marketed as well or better than as NBC does the BPL. Or the can drop the ball and allow coverage to be "lost" among all their channels.
 
I'm will be checking out the bundesliga next year on FOX, and form what I understand ESPN will go for La Liga. I wish they would air Liga MX in English along with MLS. ESPN could become the CONCACAF channel and air La Liga games. There games coverage is good on ESPN it's their ESPN FC Studio show that isn't good.

Liga MX isn't really worth the air time for ESPN. I don't think Liga MX would garner the viewing audience that La Liga can bring in.

Fox has largely underwhelmed me with their coverage of the Champions League. Hopefully their coverage of the Bundesliga is better.

Ugh totally forgot I've been watching champions league games on fox (see how forgettable it is?) and they sure don't make FA Cup games seem exciting.
 
yea thats my fear, since most Euro qualifiers tend to go to Fox sports 2 :( i fear it will be the same for bundesliga, that and going to fox soccer or fox soccer 2 go and the like.

I only have access to Fox Sports 1. It would be awful if they were to relegate the Bundesliga to one of their secondary sports Chanels.

i hope not, i mean i know baseball season is going on from august till october but bundesliga matches would be morning till early afternoon there should be no need to relegate them all to fox sports 2. baseball games tend to start 4 PM or so on some Saturdays.

They will probably relegate some of the less popular games to the secondary channels. However, I'm not entirely sure how baseball season would affect the coverage of Bundesliga games.

i guess it shouldnt for the most part unless there are 1PMET MLB games that Fox sports 1 shows and some of the "late" bundesliga games might conflict since they tend to start at noon ET.

but any way well find out soon enough how it goes. would be cool if they put a game on Fox ( the over the air channel 5 here in nyc) as NBCSN does with BPL showing an occasional game on NBC as well.

It would be awesome if the parent channel would air the occasional big game!
