Houston vs. Chicago and DC vs. Seattle in Friday night action on the network with English announcers that scream anytime a ball is in the box.

Also, Houston has an orange/black US Army style camouflage for their numbers rather than their typical pure black. They're wearing "secondary" white kits.

In addition, a players on the field for Seattle doesn't have a name or number on the back of his jersey. An odd day in MLS.

Excellent results for us this week.

We are very much in the hunt right now.

If we beat Toronto next week, we'll draw even in points with them. They have 2 games in hand though.

But with no Altidore and Bradley, they might struggle.

Unbelievable that Orlando are dead even with Columbus for 2nd in the East. Exact same record.

They'll fade down the stretch though, I'm sure.

This week's results were as good for us as last week's were bad for us. Nice turnaround.

A very interesting next eight weeks...
- First four: vs. Toronto, at New England, vs. Orlando, vs. Montreal...We can rack up 12 points
- Next four: at Red Bulls, vs. DC, at. Columbus, at LA...Hopefully we get 4-7 points.

The rest of the season is brutal. 1 game against Montreal and San Jose aside we are looking at:

LA (3rd in West), DC United x2 (1st in East), Vancouver (2nd in West), New Jersey (5th in East), Dallas (4th in West), Toronto x2(4th in East), Columbus x2 (2nd in East), Orlando x2 (3rd in East), New England x2 (4th in East)

It's going to be an absolute barn-burner to get into the playoffs.
