We have a very good record of retaining key players. Not worried about those three unless huge paydays from Europe come.

I'm not sure about Talles as the #9, unless he's playing deep or wide. He needs to see the ball as much as possible, IMO, with room to create and make progressive movement. Probably better suited for wing to get the most out of his skill. I guess there's no knowing where he will improve...

I'm disappointed it wasn't a bigger club. He deserves it and doesn't need to be fighting relegation. Feels more like an exposure move more than anything.

Euro also doesn't buy as much as it used to, too.

One of my favorite places to go. I would say it's a bit far, but would be a must if the stadium ends up in WP during non-scorching months

MLS Cup Playoffs - December 11 - Portland (Away)

I ran into Ryan Meara at the gym this morning. He's going with Portland and is cheering for them, and thinks playing in Portland is tougher than most places; excited for the MLS tier 2 league; thought Philly unfortunately got the raw end of an antiquated COVID policy. Very nice guy, though...

Another question: Why is Waldstein writing and messing things up for the NYT and not SoupInNYC actually getting it right?
