Venezuela played Tuesday we played Thursday. So I was counting W-TH-F for them against just F for us, but I forgot they are in Korea, so last night when they played it was tomorrow which by now is today, so 4 days for them and 2 for us. Time manipulation messes with my brain. I hate the International date line.
Was or just me or does Adams and Williamson suck at keeping possession? I thought both players were horrible.

Putting aside that McKennie wasn't there, a midfield of Jones, Adams and Zelalem would have been much stronger that what we had out there. But Williamson and Adams were Tab guys the whole cycle, and Tab is loyal to a fault.
Every time I see Ebobisse play, I'm so glad we didn't take him.

If our best u20 played in the cup, we'd have him home already.
That's true. I watched the first half of the first game thinking, "we'd have 7 with CP". I stopped doing the mental calculus after that because it was too painful. Add in McKennie and Perez and a healthy Fossey, and I think we were easily among the top 3. Not to mention, no reasonAcosta is there over Farfan.
We once again met the team I think will win it all in the quarters. And that team had almost 2x the rest. Ridiculous planning by FIFA.
And...we belgiumed it again. Harder to miss the winner we did in regular time than it was to make it.
Good news is it's going to be very hard to keep these kids off the adult roster in a few years. Then again we might still have Bruce in charge...

I don't believe for a minute Tata took the Atlanta job for any reason other than he wants the US job.
I can see the headline now "US Soccer unveils the Tatas to let loose Sargent Wood!" Now that's soccer chaos
It truly is amazing Jack wasn't called into the England team. For our sake I'm glad he wasn't, but he could hold his own with any of their players.
