2018 Season Ticket Thread

PR fail. They are supposed to have him sitting in the NYCFC call center, surrounded by the black guy, white woman, asian woman, obviously gay white guy, and maybe a muslim woman as well. At least that's what i'm conditioned to expect whenever I see one of those posed call center rep photos lol!

Depends on what you're looking for. I'm in section 233B and it's a great location. I love my section for many reasons. I think the view is great, you're close enough to the supporters section and 234 that you get the noise and atmosphere, but everyone sits during the game and there's less of a chance of foul language. These things were important to me because I bring my 9 year old daughter to many games. For the price I think it's pretty good value too. Tickets next year are $26 a game.
I also sit in 233b and I apologise for the foul language :/

No worries. I could do without the "shit bastard" when she's around but that's usually the worst of it. What row are you in?
Row 2, seat 1 or 2 (on the right side aisle). Come say hi sometime. We have a good little crew.

DOUBLE AGENT!

Keep in mind the stated prices are over 12 months so multiply by 12. I think there is also interest added to the 12 month package.
If that is monthly payment and not per seat/game, then it's pretty cheap. And they get another gift.

I believe they may also get home playoff games included (w/ no extra payment) (if/when they make it), which if I'm remembering right, is a huge added benefit / price reduction.

The pricing is a bit odd. I checked a few of them to see what it comes out to per game, by multiplying the monthly payment by 12 then dividing by 17. Nearly all come out to odd penny amounts: $192.71, $127,76, at the top and $25.41, $24.00 and $22.59 at the bottom. Do the same with NYC and there are no cents involved. Every game ticket is a whole dollar amount.

How much of that would you attribute to resale values? The team is performing so that certainly isn't the problem.
That's an ongoing discussion on the Forums. Probably a good amount can be attributed to the low resale. Probably the luster of YS has dulled. Probably some are euro snobs and want big names and miss Lampard/Pirlo playing. Probably some are offended at the price increases considering all of the above and lack of venue amenities that YS offers to non-club seats.

Where should I get my seats for next season as a first time STH? 24 years old, want a lively but not overly crazy section, don't want to sit with a supporter group.

Somewhere close to the Supporter's section, i'd suggest under the overhangs in the 100/200 sections.
