Lineup thought...

----Villa----Okoli----Lewis----
------Moralez----Harrison----
--------------Ring---------------
Sweat-Callens-Brillant-White
------------Johnson-------------

The LW role in the offense requires to much overlapping on D to play Villa there. Especially with the way Sweat bombs forward and occasionally doesn't run all that hard to get back. To get Okoli on the field I think we need to go with the flat 4-4-2 we've seen a couple of times at the end of games. Harrison at RM, Wallace at LM with Maxi and Ring playing flat and taking turns going forward.

Okoli is a great change of pace sub after the CBs have beat up Villa for 70+ minutes. Provides another outlet for the ball and also frees up Villa left to create more. It seems that they do this when needing a goal late. I wouldn't do it the whole game because you need your LW to track back and play D.

It's like when they take out a defender and put Okoli in its "eff it, we're going forward."

Shelton had that weird streak where it seemed like he was scoring or getting an assist every game and I had no problems not starting him. Although, Lewis is a lot better than Shelton.

shelton was falling over the ball and it found its way to the back of the net (literally) thats luck not skill and he doesnt deserve to be on the pitch

If Sands was with us tomorrow I would want him to start in place of Hererra in a like for like swap. Would have been a perfect time for a MLS debut.

It certainly would have been trial by fire. We will never know but it would have been interesting to see if the coaching staff would have been comfortable having such a young player debut in a derby.

Felipe was only fined. No suspension for Kljestan. Felipe said he wants to get under the NYCFC player's skin, well I'll have access to the tunnel pregame and I'm going to get under Felipe's skin. "Hey Felipe, why are you so soft?" "Felipe, how much was the fine?" "Felipe, how did you pay the fine?"
I'd love to see a video of that and his reaction.

I'll do my best. Though if I have my camera in front of me, I think that would merit a lesser reaction on his part.
Maybe have your voice recorder from your phone on sticking out of your pocket? Probably not the most optimal for sound quality but he will have no clue that you are going to be recording his reaction.

Eh, Dick and Douche will probably be shouting, "LET'S GET THIS DONE QUICKLY. I WANT TO GO HOME AND CUT MY GRASS.'

If anyone wants to heckle Felipe with me in the tunnel pregame and/or drink free alcohol, get these seats. $460 with fees. Track them and the prices will come down more. I regret buying early.

I'd target it at the team and say something along the lines of: "Hey are you guys ever ashamed to play with Felipe when he cheats like he did last weekend on that flop"

Granted it's RB so we are not dealing with a lot of integrity from the dirt bag coach on down but there has to be guys on that team that don't agree with all the crap Felipe does and aren't happy about it.

Judging from training this week, Harrison may be watching much of Friday night’s game at the New York Red Bulls as well.
“We have to take care of Jack because he’s been playing a lot of games since the beginning of the season,” Vieira said. “I will have to manage his games for the next few games. It’s good that the international week is coming soon as well so we will see with the game on Friday but it’s not sure he will be involved from the beginning.”

I won't be mad if Collin isn't playing.
