New York City FC at Philadelphia Union
Talen Energy Stadium
Saturday, August 18th 7 PM ET
YES, WNYE 91.5 FM, WQBU 92.7 FM

Back on the road vs. Philadelphia after a hard fought, crazy Isi, win at Toronto last weekend. This match is on a Saturday, the following Wednesday we’re home vs New Jersey.

Who else is going? There is absolutely nothing anywhere near the stadium for those coming down for the first time. Nothing. Like don't even think about it.

Yeah, the only way to do this trip is go on a supporters bus.

Do they at least have good cheesesteaks in the stadium? I'd go if they did.

Fotis has never referred a NYCFC match. I think he's usually a 4th official.

I'm gonna be there.

You saying we should pre-game before leaving Philly, or just put up with stadium pricing on concessions?

Thinking about the rotation, I would assume we want the B guys against Philly, because as much as we need 3 points, we also need to keep Red Bull’s from getting any points.

Villa has to be one of the rotated guys, as he isn’t even 90 min match fit right now. Likely another Ibeagha/Chanot rotation. Ring, Maxi, Tinnerholm, and Callens pretty much have to start since we don’t have replacements for them.

I’m gonna be pretty upset to see TMac or Wallace starting any of these games

With Taty out, you've got to figure this is the perfect opportunity for Lewis to not make the eleven in a new and interesting way.

And especially with the comment that Dome wants to rotate 3-4 players with Red Bulls at home 4 days later.

There isn’t anywhere to pregame. The stadium is located in Chester. Unless you want to pregame with a crack pipe.

Might we see something like this?

ITS-Berget-Lewis
Ring-Maxi-Amagat
Sweat-Callens-Ibeagha-Tinnerholm
Johnson

Then for Red Bulls we go with our top 11:

ITS-Villa-Medina
Ring-Maxi-Ofori
Mata-Callens-Chanot-Tinnerholm
Johnson

That would be 4 changes. Don't know about Amagat. Maybe Awuah?
