CFG Set to Announce Purchase of La Liga Club Girona FC

So my big question now is has final stay in decisions? Pep's bro and CFG have nearly 50% stakes with the supporters owning a small sliver as well. I don't know the club is organization but the supporters could have a lot of power if there is ever a falling out between the two groups.

It sounds like the club is very much being left in the day-to-day control of Pere, although considering CFG's interest in the club - aside from loaning players - is essentially to enforce his brother's tactical philosophy I can't see Pere chafing under their yoke if it ever came to that.

Incidentally, if there ever was a falling out, the minority shareholders would have zero influence as you get no representation on a company board if you don't have at least 20% shares. That said, if there ever was a falling out, I see one of the two giving up their share in quite short order.

Is this a Spanish/EU law thing? Because that's definitely not true in the US.
