If you can only reach a site in incognito, it is usually fixed if you clear the cookies and/or cache.
LionNYC reported the same thing about losing the points that go with dropped seats. Apparently that SOP.I don't think anyone has seen the points yet from Sunday.
Make sure you are logging in at the new site. The old one doesn't work.

That pitchside upgrade auction is dope. About time. People need real reasons to spend points.
You have to have a Mastercard to get the upgrade. Plus it's for four people which is nice.
Yeah, I saw that. I am a MC holder. Love their partner perks! I was going to switch my bank and didn't do it because I would have a Visa card at the new bank. MC perks are valuable to me.
I attended the San Jose game, but not in my seats. I sold my seats on the Ticket Exchange. My Cityzens account credits me, for both tickets, with Attendance Points, Early Attendance, and a Win bonus. I didn't think I was supposed to get the credit when I sold my seats and strangers sit there. I'm not complaining, but is this how it is supposed to work or is it a glitch. And has it always been this way, because I sold a fair number of tickets in 2015 and I don't think I ever got Cityzens credit.
Yep. It's always been like that. I usually get points for tickets that I've sold.
Yep. I've been getting these for resales for a couple of years. You are basically at the mercy of the buyer whether they show up and whether they show up early enough for the bonus. Like you, I was surprised at first, but look at it this way, they are trying to discourage no shows, not resales.
Hmm. I didn't sell any tickets last year but like I said I sold a fair amount in 2015 and specifically checked a couple of times at least. I guess I just missed it somehow. Thanks to you both.
