Just muddle the watermelon to make juice and get the seeds out.

I had this y sterday and it was sublime. Perfectly refreshing on a hot and humid afternoon. The Annapurna Zing. Unfortunately I don't think it's a thing anywhere outside of the Nomad Lounge in Disney World and Passion Fruit Purée is not a commonly stocked ingredient. But the best of a good half dozen new drinks I've had the last 2 days.

I'm a regular at the Steakhouse, even have my own engraved knife. They tried opening for NYCFC the first year, but people paying $20-40 or tickets weren't going to splurge on a good meal. Most times it was just me and a friend sitting there and I only sit at the bar-second to last seat on the right is MINE . It's also the only place that does not measure the alcohol. I have a Filet before every Yankee game and my seats are always waiting for me, the bartenders love me lol

F the Yankees, but you are a woman and your screen name is Vaporizer

Can't go wrong with a negroni:

1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
1 oz Campari

A bit of orange peel for garnish, or a slice if you're lazy like me.

If you want a really sweet drink that I've gotten most of my friends who hate gin to drink: Bee's Knees

1 oz lemon juice
2 oz gin
1 oz honey syrup (literally just honey mixed with hot water) or use another sweeter in lieu of honey, I find agave nectar works well.

I just had a taste of a fantastic one at Boulton & Watt. It was peppery and had pickled brussel sprout garnish.

They do a Mimosa with gin that sounds disgusting but is in fact the single best Mimosa I've ever had. Also don't drink more than four of them, its not smart.
