DC Postmatch

How do we know he is not a defender? I actually think he's become a VERY good 1 v 1 defender up the field. He's athletic and strong in the air. He has a high work rate and covers a lot of space.
He is too indecisive. Think of how often it seems he is of two minds and instead of picking one decision, he picks neither and loses the ball

And the first touch of a toaster oven. Of all the guys to patiently build out from the back, collecting those kooky Pirlo backpasses on the edge of our own area, he's the one you want to rely on?

Maybe we need to stop those kooky backpasses.

Do you want White or Brillant to be relied on? I sure as heck don't.

Lol. This is reminding me of my troglodyte high school coaches screaming FORWARDS NOT BACKWARDS, even when hail Mary passes forward meant we lost the ball and were immediately countered.

We're short s fullback. We've know that for 3 seasons now.

I agree, but you're arguing that we change our approach to accommodate one player. Based on your Pirlo stance, I would've assumed you're against that ;)

That's not what I'm advocating. I'm advocating trying a guy at a new position. Before we cut him.

I'm not advocating trying Pirlo as a CF
