Similar to last year where fans designed the shirt for the Hudson River Derby, this year the contest is to design a scarf. Entries are submitted via City Voice (same as last year). Top three nominee go a vote on Cityzens.
I'm not photoshop talent enough to make something good, but I'm hoping that some people here are so I can buy another quality scarf.
