Belgium
England
Tunisia
Panama

US fans cry knowing they could've shown much better than a Panama side that gets destroyed. Belgium and England duke it out for top spot, English fans heartbroken to be let down in a close game. Apparently Tunisia has a high ranking, but I have no idea about anything with them. But still better than Panama.

I bet Panama grinds out a 1-0 win over Belgium or England. Nothing can prepare a team for that level of bullshitery.

All jokes aside, looking at rosters so far, I don’t think it will take a miracle for Panama to steal one from England 1-0.

"Diving ass" was the Tunisian player acting like he'd been shot in the head rather than a soft arm to the face. You make it sound like Walker cocked his elbow and threw it at him instead of just sweeping his arm around trying to get the defender off him. Not a red, not a penalty, not a foul.

Soft but I am ok with a PK. Keep your arm down and see if that guy gets a header onto the ball. He probably doesn't. But if he did have a shot at it, who knows maybe they score. And then walker gets killed for not doing more to put the attacker off. Its a no win situation for him, but thats the reward for tunisia for whipping in attacking ball.

Offense should be allowed to take desperate attempts at goal. Its good for the game. Good for long shot teams scoring, and good to break down parking the bus. If you want to defend, do it at the spot of the cross. Midfielders/wingers should hustle to shut down crosses. If they can't do that and the cross does get into the box, then it should be jump ball for the header. I don't like it when defense for a CB means just obstruct the run of the attacker to the spot where a header could meet the flight of the ball. I understand you are allowed to stand your ground, but when you actively take two steps to the left only to cut off a run, thats obstruction to me. No different to me then cutting off the run of a guy who just megged you. Your getting beaten and in desperation you obstruct the play.

soft or hard, a foul is a foul and the ref has to call it.
So, why didn't they call it the 2-3 times Harry Kane was completely tackled in the box?

Say what you will about England, who were not good enough today, but that ref was absolute crap. No consistency at all, and that applies to fouls in the box and all over the pitch.
