Probably a greater chance of the refs boycotting in solidarity with the govt sanctions. They won’t pull the team, but pulling all other support seems likely (the royals have already said they aren’t going).

Pretty much what you'd expect, I guess. The papers are all just commenting on the fact that it's going to be the first tournament for 80 years with no British refs, and giving all the numbers and so on, but I think the average football fan couldn't give two hoots because the belief among the common fans is that our refs are so bad they have no right to be attending tournaments anyway.
