I'm in for Yankee Tavern. Probably head up early for my reds.

And since we seem to have a jinx against these guys, time to fight fire with fire.

I gotta knife inside my boot
Yeah, my brother's got one, too

mgarbowski mgarbowski will hate this.

Fuckin' indie mississippi swamp music nobody never heard of.
ETA: They all need haircuts.

At least it's an early game and we got plenty of football leading into it to kill the time.
Arsenal v City FA cup at 10 then I'll hit fields by my house 12-1 and make it home in time for the game. I like these early ones.

I got a link copied already of them covering Arrested Development. Which you and I and like 5 other people may be old enough to remember, and I might be the only one for whom it was culturally and geographically relevant enough to remember.

It's odd how that impacts your perspective. Hell, I didn't know Outkast wasn't pop music until I got to college. Come to find out, no, not everyone blasted Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik in the locker room.

And now, I'll post the AD cover anyway, just out of spite since you mentioned the hair.

That AV Club cover series is cool. Problem is, if I start watching them I lose a whole day easy.
I'm back. Wow. Shit runs deep. Love the Trampled by Turtles covering Arcade Fire.

Also, think it's interesting that Paul liked the post, and I can't listen to/look at those guys from The Weeks without thinking about Shannon Hoon. Not a lot of obvious ties from Mississippi to Indiana, but Blind Melon is one of them. I have a story about that.

If you're going to play Brillant, it's painfully obvious he needs to not rely on his limited mobility. Chanot must play to his right and not vice versa.

I think Tom in Fairfield CT is right if they stick to a 4-3-3 and it's sweat. But they won't. Wallace will play LWB. Harrison will play RWB. 4 midfielders in a stack

For anyone wonder, the names and numbers of are kits are white. Just regular, generic, MLS lettering white.
