Has anyone seen a report whether Villa practiced with the team yesterday or today? He was training onsite but by himself Monday or Tuesday, I forget which. Given that, I doubt he is ready for 90. I can see him available as a sub, if he trained with the team after Wednesday, and I see no reason not to use him if he is available.

Also, per Butler's twitter, Berget was upgraded to "Questionable."

I doubt he plays, but this should mean he is progressing well.
For NYCFC, questionable, amounts to Dome asking the trainer if the player can play, and the Trainer responds, No.

I don’t think we’ve ever had a player listed as Questionable actually play. Maybe ride the 18, but that’s it.

When I saw this tweet from Butler, I was waiting for the NY Presbyterian Injury Report - still waiting.

Villa was listed as Questionable for RSL and played 31 minutes.

I expect I could find more. My sense is the club uses Questionable status as a warehouse for most injured players. Transitioning someone from Questionable to Likely gives unnecessary information to the opponent.

Mata was listed as questionable for Wednesday and came on as a sub

ETA: Whoops, probably should have actually read all the responses before I answered the same question

So two things I got from reading the match preview:

1. CLB crosses the ball a ton (two of their players are leading the league in crosses). Chanot would be a good call to deal with that.

2. CLB has scored more than 40% of their goals on set pieces. Oh no.

1. That's why Seb played on Wednesday, so Chanot could rest.

2. That's why we aren't doing zonal marking anymore.

Heads up if you’re counting on the D. It’s wack.

Been waiting for a half hour in Manhattan. Must be seriously reduced service.
