IFAB Proposed Rule Changes includes a 60 Minute Clock

I actually like the no rebounds on PK idea. Of course I'm sure in the moment we or MCFC or L'OM or whoever else I support score one I take it without complaint but it does seem kind of cheap. Saving a PK is ridiculously hard as it is. Most of the rest of these I don't care for.

The other rule I'd change (which is only a rule that applies to some competitions ) is no Away goals rule in Extra time. It's super cheap that the team that's away in the second leg (in some knock out competitions ) can be afforded an extra 30 minutes to get an away goal that the other team did not.

It's already the case that Away goals don't count in extra time.

It doesnt exist in extra time because it doesnt really make sense. Away goals is a tie breaker. If youre tied, you go to extra time, if someone has the tie breaker they win before extra time.
No.
You can be tied after 180 minutes, including AGR, and still apply AGR (or not) in extra time.
Game 1 Team A wins 2-1 at home
Game 2 Team B wins 2-1 at home
Aggregate 3-3
Away Goals 1-1
Play an extra 30 minutes. Both teams score once. If you apply AGR then the Away team in Game 2 wins (if no AGR then kicks). It can logically work. But as Davo15 Davo15 pointed out it's unfair because the Away team in the second game gets an extra 30 minutes to score Away goals, which is why some leagues don't use it. The counter argument is anything is better than going to kicks. I side with Davo here.

exactly, so it doesnt make sense.

Theres nothing to side with, the rule hes saying he doesnt like doesnt exist.

Come on, no support on here for the Van Basten proposed orange card and resulting 10-minute penalty, or the old-school MLS run-up 35 yard penalty kicks?!?
