I enjoyed it but the short version is this guy thinks it's pretty unlikely CAS would make a ruling that establishes Pro/Rel as mandatory when that's more of a policy decision for FIFA.

Their case is pretty weak on the language alone but especially based on 10 years of non-enforcement since FIFA created the regulation.
