For the Cityzens portal, try both your account ID and the email associated with your account. Even though the login screen notes that account ID or email can be used, on my home laptop it only worked with email.

At the office, both email and account ID worked. Same browser (Chrome), not sure why there is a difference.

Fucking awful performance at RSL. Wrong lineup. Wrong tactics. Wrong everything. We have no depth. RJ is poor. McNamara was poor. Camargo was straight up garbage. 100% responsible for the header goal.

Sure, RSL had their top guys back from injury, but this is three dropped points that we should have had. I'm dreading Sunday vs. Orlando.

How does Villa not bury that ball in the 55 minute? I could see Khiry Shelton missing that opportunity but not Villa.

The pitch sucks. If I see another player slip on the field particularly in the infield area I may just lose my mind. Advertising the Delta Suite to watch CLF only to be turned away because of "at capacity" sucks. Food sucks. Yankee stadium sucks, I have been a Yankee fan my entire life and this stadium just fucking sucks. I would rather play at Fordham than play another game at this shitty stadium. That's all.

Nearly anything with a near proper pitch and decent food would be better than YS at this point.

I loved it when we played at Fordham. If we beat the Red Bulls, is their a chance our next Open Cup match could be held there?

I understand the issue of capacity at Delta since its mandated by the FDNY and Dept of Buildings for safety, but that's the reason they should have had it on the Jumbotron. Did they really think that with a crowd of over 20k (do we know the attendance yet?), they would easily get more interest than Delta can handle??? That's just poor planning -again- by the FO. It's as if they can't game-play potential negative publicity or problems from any of their decisions.... truly baffling....

I was surprised how many people came to Delta given the number of cheaper alternatives nearby. I suppose the chance to go somewhere usually off-limits is a draw.
But I get why they limited the UCL game there. Limited space and limited staff. Put it on the big screen and you need to staff a full stadium for 2k people or so. I think this was a case where they could do something to satisfy some (but not all) or nothing.

They could have cordoned off part of the stadium & concourse and left a few food stands open. It wouldn't have been hard to do and it'd limit the amount of staff.

I trade in tix from 8/20 for 7/22 and they give me two seats in the row behind me a one or two over. Yeah, I get seats not in the same row together.

And apparently, I'm SOL.

Is it me or is that just asenine?

Well, they've probably sold those seats to other people - maybe other season ticket holders.

I don't care if I keep my original seats and I told them that. I just want 4 seats together in the same row, even if in a different section.

But why would you not tell me that's not available and just give me 4 seats not together?

For better or worse they always do it this way. For the game you trade into, you keep your regular seats and they give you additional as close as they can get. Dropping you regular to get double all together is not an option, even if you're willing to relocate significantly.

That's news to me. I was under a very different impression of how this worked.

Honestly, what good is this trade in option? "Hey, why don't you join us for a game. We'll see you when it's over."

you can wave during? But I know. I think we all expected it to work the way you expected. I traded in from Game 2 this year so I learned early. It is what it is, which is better than the option on years 1 and 2, when there was nothing like this. While it is not what it could be, it still is reasonably worthwhile IMO.

I've done the trade in for three games this year. The only way to ensure you have seats together is to upgrade your own seats. So if you have seats in the level 5 category you have to move to level 4 or better. They should allow you to stay at your same price level as your current seats.

The other thing I learned was that you have your "4 trades" but if you trade a game and upgrade your tickets so you can have your seats together that counts as 2 trade-ins which is complete BS. After trading in my third game I told my trip that I planned on doing the last trade and she told me I wasn't able to.
