Orlando - Postmatch

53:50 for the highlighter, replay’s available on ESPN app
Lots of lovely thoughts shared by the Orlando fans around that time

Someone used the c u next tuesday word too, but couldn't make out the entire sentence. I feel like Orlando fans miss the point of a football match.

I specifically remember around the 21' or so, Maxi was bringing the ball up near midfield and had plenty of space, and there were loads up space down the left, but TMac just sat there, and Maxi kept directing to make a run up, but TMac didn't do anything. Sweat ended up making the run maybe around 8 seconds later and Maxi switched the field there. But as soon as he crossed the ball, Maxi was yelling right at TMac about making that run.
I’m not an Ale Moreno fan by any stretch, but I am so happy he slung shade at TMac on National TV when he failed to recognize that play and a few others that left the attackers without an outlet or a cross without a target. TMac is a wasted body on this team. Period. Full stop. The one thing everybody continues to prop him up with is his “soccer IQ” but the guy could not read the game last night and continually failed to take space.

There was one play in particular that showed how little he actually wants the ball..... Medina was breaking on the right with a few others and had to stop because of a defender. TMac was running forward on his inside and Medina gave him the ball because nobody was there to defend him - he could have continued into the defensive third - but instead he received the ball, stopped, and passed it right back to Medina (who hadn’t moved because he was holding the defender in place).... Medina immediately gave it back to TMac (because he still hadn’t drawn a defender), and TMac for a second time gave it back to Medina (who was still covered). I don’t remember what happened after that because I was picking my jaw up off the floor having witnessed a professional player, slotted in as a forward, not wanting the ball...... he’s now scared, and that’s a broken player.

as I said in the chat last night, what the hell are they doing that we aren't, that they are still getting 23,000 fans?

they have a stadium, and its orlando not sure if there is anything else to do there. but yesterday it was mostly full but i think upper level there a bit of empty spots here and there i think i made out some of the orlando lettering

I’ve never watched a game when Moreno was even okay as a color commentator. He doesn’t have the quick reaction or smooth enough commentary. It’s always choppy and negative.

Speaking of commentators, on NYCFC’s first goal, both commentators appeared to stumble, it was like “huh? the ball went in?” and there was general confusion.

ESPN also put the goal scored at 30+10 instead of 40, that was weird too.

I noticed the 30+10 thing. I was very confused.

I know I asked for that thing above but I don't have access to the game..
Can someone also post a screencap of 30+10'? I told my brother "Hey that just said 30+10'..." and he didn't believe me :p

TMac to the front office announcement before New Year's Day or after?
