So, what in MLS is equal for Europe for CFG?

I don't mean that they want him to have won trophies (though that wouldn't hurt), I'm more saying that I hope they would be discerning enough to not want to hire him in Manchester unless he's ironed out things like his questionable choices in line-ups he makes, and the way his teams currently don't seem to be able to hold onto leads etc.

I don’t think you go from kid team coach to MLS in preparation for one of the footy world’s top jobs. I would be shocked if that was the plan regardless of how well he performs here or what he fine tunes.

For some unknown reason growing up my Dad would say "he talks out of both sides of his ass" I could never figure out if it was a Bronx thing or his thing. I use it to this day and my kids who gave me shit about it will sometimes use it now
