Premier League 18/19

Reading one of the Mou retrospectives this morning and this passage jumped out at me. Did the Italian press not see how Berget played in the last game? They are clever men.

Crystal Palace up 3-1 vs. Manchester City at the Etihad. The title race may be in the balance.

Word? I feel like they have some the smartest kits in the game.
Agree. I've particularly liked the last couple of years. I love the blood red color that NB has used. Last seasons primary and citrus burst were both very nice. And like all 3 this year, even if I wanted to gouge my eyes out when we wore the away shirt vs. Burnley because it was so hard to tell the teams apart on TV.

Frankly, it's just nice to not have something that is so blatantly a template.

Ah I guess I was / am still confused by the gif

Their Sevilla kits are also crispy. And good choice of team to sponsor in both the PL and La Liga context from a branding perspective.

The gif is that I don't want Adidas making LFC kits. I would rather stick with New Balance.

Eta: that said, if it makes it easier to sign even one important player, by all means, wear sackcloth kits. It's not that important to me. I'm just bored out of my mind. Should've brought my PlayStation.

Ah I assumed NB would pony up.

Burnley has absolutely collapsed, wtf.
On the other hand, LP has a chance to be 6 pts ahead of tottenham and city if results hold... AND if city lose (which there is a good chance tbh) they will drop to third!

Bold 2018/19 predictions here we goooo:
Liverpool
Man U
Arsenal (New coach, new era.)
Chelsea
Man City
West Ham (Back to their good days)
Newcastle (brave prediction, I know.)
Tottenham (what happened!?)
Crystal Palace
Bournemouth
Leicester
Everton
Fulham
Burnley
Wolves
Watford
Brighton (will juuuust scrape it through)
Huddersfield (was a good run)
Southampton
Cardiff

I wish the forum had one of those "timers that will @ me when the season ends" things.

Half way there review:
almost right with my relegation candidates, cardiff and southampton just barely out of the zone. Otherwise, I'm completely terible in the middle, everything is quite off...
But hey, the way things are going, There's still a great chance for Arsenal, Chelsea, City to sort themselves into the given positions. I underestimated tottenham and way over estimated Man U.

Overall my "bold predictions" are quite bad lol.

The problem now is if they can't even get themselves straight, why would they try to get us straight?
I FULLY expect CFG to announce a new £500M training facility in Leicester before the new year. Not having it definitely placed the side at a disadvantage that was impossible to overcome.
