So, if CCF announced NYCFC is in AND they have not changed their minds; then they are in. But then why wouldn’t NYCFC announce it as so? This is so MLS.

USS/MLS: Why did you send that press release?
CONCACAF: We used the rules you gave us. NYCFC is in.

Funny enough, I have a Portuguese Podengo pequeno that is all of 9 pounds. As a primitive dog, she loves both breeds. But she adores huskies. She hates most any other big dogs, including podengos. But she loves any dog that looks wolf-like. She herself looks like a fox. But she's probably quicker.
Bad thing is, she hates French Bulldogs, or any bulldogs, because she sees them for the genetic abomination, biological expression of human hubris they are. And we live in HK, ie, the new Chelsea.
She doesn't even try to fight bulldogs. She just refuses to acknowledge they exist. My dog may be breedist.
But she likes any kind of fluffy, curly hair dog she can chase and snap at their hair. It's her favorite thing to do.
