Season Ticket Holders - Read

Anyone know why some of the scarves don't have the names of all the season ticket holders on it? Mine doesn't. I'm guessing it is due to me being in the supporters section. Dumb.

Other than that so excited!

I'm in the supports section and i have the names on it and i found my name i think is just the first 3000 will get the names printed. I'm in that group, i got my tickets on the first day they came on sale within the hour. Also i got one scarf per seat!

So i just ordered season tickets earlier today. But the e-mail i got has my account number and password. I haven't received an e-mail like the one in OP's original post. Will i be getting that e-mail? Or is the one i received good with the blanked out account numbers?

Not sure why you'd need that letter and i'd expect your season pass to to be shipped out Fed-Ex overnight within the next week . If by some chance it's late, you can always go to ticket manager and print out tickets if necessary .You'll get a notice when your welcome package ships.

To take advantage simply Direct Message me a screenshot of your confirmation email. I've included a screenshot below (doesn't have to show confirmation numbers).
Season ticket holders will get a new title (Seasoned Supporter)

Dan, NYCFC account manager is not letting me sell any future games on my account. Was stunned when i realized this. You know my account was paid in full a while back. I have NO options once i go to Account Manager, and pick the game i want to Manage. I get a circular i? telling me basically i have no options with that ticket. None of my tickets are resalable which is UNBELIEVABLE and is making me nutty today. I read all the FAQ's on selling and i have 0 options on every single ticket i try to manage. It's maddening. I can't go to every game and the Account Manager said i could sell all if i wanted to. Been to first two but i do go away sometimes. HELP?????

Thanks Dan. I emailed him earlier and am waiting for a response. Thought i might get some answers here, and in my thread, i did. It might just be that it is not active on the Account Manager yet, as one person told me it should be for next game. A few others responded as well. Again, thanks for getting back to me.

So, I checked the virtual venue to see if any season tickets are left now that the team is pro-rating them for the remaining games and the entire stadium is red. I'm guessing there will be an announcements of 16k maybe 17k or 18k season ticket holders.

I saw that too - but they had just shut down the virtual venue while their office was closed and they updated the prices. There are still seats left - just bought one this morning!

So it was Tony Taylor who ended up calling.

Typical PR stunt. Thanked me multiple times for the support & being a season ticket holder. Asked me silly questions regarding 'have I been to the games' 'what has been my favorite part' 'who do I bring to the game'. Could tell he was reading off a script and a little awkward. Finally had to take control of the conversation and talked to him about the upcoming game with USA v. Mexico & watching Mix and then he opened up. He's a nice guy.

Could hear a lot of chatter in the background, probably have additional players doing the same thing this afternoon.
