The USMNT has failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup

between the two there's better options... hopefully this time they don't go for another guy who played striker for his financial firms zog team and is all of a sudden qualified.

i honestly have to ask (to everyone reading really).? What does someone in Sunil's spot really do? like all the administrative stuff like setting up games and the promotion of NT games and stuff like that. but in terms of actual structure? outside of selecting the NT sporting director and who the NT coaches are what else does he do?

i thought alot of the decisions are based on a board etc at US Soccer. its not Sunil is the one that says no D2 for the NASL....he may influence i guess some board members but its not fully up to him to decide how D2 is given or how youth set ups are done.

my guess is they're just chosen to represent the decisions the board makes. he has an influence in the decisions but its not as if whatever he says goes. but still. he can take a hike for appointing these idiots too

Meh, that's kind of like saying the President has no power because Congress makes the laws. There's ton's of stuff the President of the USSF can do. For starters, the new president would inherit the $100M reported surplus that can be spent/allocated on a number of different things that would influence the direction of soccer in this country.

im not even sure if the 100M is free to use. not sure if its already locked to allocated to something else already. if not then yes that is a way to start
