USMNT Talk

I struggled with that a little bit. Could also have him central and Dempsey wide left too. I just think the personnel we have at this stage would work well in a 4-3-3 with a double pivot.
You're not wrong, but I feel like Arena isn't going to try to get Jozy, Deuce and Morris on the field at the same time, generally. I figure we're either going lone-striker like most of the group stage (IIRC) or two up top. But we'll find out!

Well, you could also call my formation a 4-2-3-1.

Lots of options for Bruce. Let's see what he does. We need to be better, that's for sure.

Also looking for one. PM me if anyone has one to spare.
Who has access to this presale anyway? I used to get all the presale emails, but it looks like it's paid memberships only now, and because they play a meaningful game in the northeast once every 11 years now, I haven't paid. I wish I could get credit for all the matches I went to back in the old days.
I still haven't bought my allotment of AO tix. If you want, I'll pick some up for you. $78 each I think. PM me if you want.

Deuce doing Deuce things. He's so damn crafty.

Credit where due, I thought Bradley had his best game in 3.5 years. Looked the part this time.

Nagbe was also really, really good. I want to see him as an 8. I think he can do it.

I honestly don't even think these matches allow us to judge players for WCF purposes. It all really comes down to who can play with our teenage phenom.

For me, that's probably some combo of Nagbe, Johnson, Wood. Deuce is a super sub in the World Cup.

I think Arriola deserves a spot in the 23 next year. He's been solid throughout this competition, just needs someone competent on the end of those crosses / cutbacks. As a 22 yo domestic, some MLS team is going to pry him from Mexico, and I want it to be us.
