No other MLS team can really lay claim to him - we have a monopoly on short, technical players.

Got that email and first thought was that:
A. They're having trouble selling out the arena???
B. Pretty shitty that they give RB STH nearly 1st dibs on seats after only the USSoccer supporters, and when those chumps can't/don't take advantage of the situation, USSoccer has to crawl to NYCFC fans to pick up the scraps and once again sell-out RB Arena.

Last time I checked, there were a lot of ticket left all over the stadium. Shocked this hasn't sold out already.
 
Jozy celebrating like he just won a World Cup was a bit much, but happy we're doing what we should be doing.
 
I'm so excited. Last USMNT game I went to was the loss in Columbus.

Here's to hoping I can see them win a trophy in person.

On TicketMaster now. Club's pre-sale code for WCQ got me in but I keep getting this message "Sorry, there was an error with search. Try again later." whenever I press find tickets . BTW no $75 tickets being offered. Prices are ranging from $155 to $588.25 before fees. $180 gets you club lounge access.
 
Jamaica beat the US to make it to the Gold Cup final in 20165, and beat Mexico to make it to the final this year. In between they failed to qualify for the Hex, which must be killing them, and is probably lucky for the teams in the Hex.

I got very good tix at about 10:05. Looked later on and it looks like a decent amount of NYCFC bought some. They are on sale for the public tomorrow. There's no reason it doesn't sell out, besides its Labor Day weekend maybe.

I was trying from 10 - 10:30 and kept getting an error message. Glad someone got through!
