I grew up in Florida, that means I am a Dolphins fan in NFL. Now, when I was a kid, there weren't any pro teams in other sports down there, so I sided with the Yankees and Braves in MLB, Sixers in NBA, and nobody in Hockey.
Primarily, however, I was a college sports guy, rooting hard for all things Gator!

NBA - kind of hard to pick
NHL - don't care

Haas is a Ferrari with American badging. Hell that bullshit they spout about being based in the US is mostly crap as well. For one reason or another I was speaking with the head of electronics for Renault and he said that much to me. Haas is American for the branding but is basically an English team with Ferrari mechanicals. Or as he put it, they I drive by their shop on my way to work every morning, and I see the team principal's car there every day in the offseason.

F1 I'm supporting Ferrari this season, but only because they are the main competition to Lewis Hamilton, who I can't stand (even though he grew up literally a few miles away from me).

Otherwise, I don't really follow any other teams outside of football.
One of my friends had his company bring in Valentino Rossi to their office with his motorbike. He was supposed to do some tricks for them, but as he got his bike out he realised he'd forgotten his helmet. He had to tell them that Health & Safety rules said that meant he had to cancel his show. He did a donut for them and that was it.
