That sucks..... If no doorman, then get your stuff delivered to your office.
I have a doorman who doesn't answer the door, accept packages or even says hello. He does get in loud arguments on his phone though. New office and I get a lot of packages so I am waiting to see how that goes first.

Mine sat in Newark all day getting RBNJ stink all over it. Still says its coming tomorrow but from time to time fedex transfers packages to the US postal service for delivery. If that happens I wont see it for days because the post office in my neighborhood in massively incompetent and board line corrupt.

Random side questions since I have only lived in NYC for 2 years and this never happened in other places I lived:
1. Does anyone else have fedex stuff transferred to the post office once arriving in the city for delivery regularly?
2. Are most NYC post offices typically horrible or is it just mine? They pretend to attempt delivery and say I wasn't there on days I am home all day, they wait days till they send the package slip, and when you finally go to pick it up they are rude and each employee has a different set of rules on what you need to get the package. I have always had good experiences with the postal service until moving here now I open shipping emails with dread praying that it's coming UPS or Fedex and will stay fedex.
The 91st and 3rd post office is the worst in the city. I started shipping everything to my office so I don't have to deal with them anymore. The post office over on 85th btwn 2nd and 3rd is much butter.

Sounds like he's an overachiever that has his eye focused on a generous holiday bonus.

For adam and canchon and anyone else wondering about parking passes. I emailed Fan Services and they informed me that they are delivered electronically in the Ticket Manager. They will show up 2 weeks before each match just like the tickets and we can print them out then.

Box just arrived. It's way bigger than came across in the photos...

I'm on the UES, my post office is the one at 91st and 3rd. Sorry for the rant but it's nice to know I'm not the only one.
I actually started going to the Lenox Hill Post office on 71st between 2md and 3rd when I need to send something cuz my post office is awful. It won't help for picking up packages but I'd recommend it since it's not far from you, if you ever need the regular services.

I received mine and while I love the better quality everything, my box is actually dented. I kind of hate the way they ship the box in that large FedEx box with no packaging. my "inaugural" box is all scuffed too.

If you let the Club know they'll replace your dented tin -- I know they've done this for another season ticket holder already. Scuffed, probably not -- but dented, yes they'll replace it.

How much you wanna bet that in 4 months they'll stick the dented boxes up on the Cityzens Page as a City Points "sale" item?

NO, the one on 110 st. is the worst, the one on 91 st. is a "little" better and 85 st. is the best of the bunch. The 106 people will just stick the pick slip in the mailbox and not even ring the damn bell 50% of the time!! I hate them all .

This may be a banner day for me with two packages waiting at home for me which I suspect are the STH Box and my new jersey! Time to run home, after a busy afternoon working on the, um, Barcelona v. Arsenal file.

That tin box is pretty sweet.

I think so too. Love the box more than anything else. Sadly, it came dented. Looking at the box its not crushed , it seems it occurred somewhere in the packing process. Love the scarf too , just wished the white checkerboards were bright white in low light it looks soft greyish.

I really don't understand the FedEx people and how they operate. I've been home all day and my buzzer didn't ring once. I then ran out for lunch and noticed a "missed delivery" sticker from FedEx on my building's front door, which they said signature was required and they would try again tomorrow. This one had my roommate's name on it, so I still was waiting patiently for mine.

Later in the afternoon, after again no buzzing at my door, I checked the tracking number and saw that my package was delivered and signed for. I started panicking, then realized sometimes they drop off packages across the street at the cleaners. So I went there and they had it thankfully.

I just don't get the whole not even trying to deliver it by buzzing my apt, and then one driver was comfortable leaving my package as "signed for" at the cleaners while the other driver wouldn't do that. And also, why 2 different drivers for the same address? Shouldn't they have figured that out?

Empathize with your plight. all these deliveries services are getting worse every year. They are taking the joy of shopping. by the time you get your stuff we all work so hard to pay, you are exhausted . UPS is #1- the worst They have a new policy only one drop attempt, and if no one home , the package is taken to a Drop Off location. Customers have to pick it up at that location. or spend countless hour convincing them to set - up another delivery date. and then by then items may be damaged. I am crushed my NYCFC Tin Box came crushed. Now what...!

Mine arrived today. Was waiting for me on my stoop when I got home. The metal box is pretty impressive. Can't wait for this season.

Well, one out of two ain't bad. STH Box and some new underwear from Carter's for my kid. We are both happy, so the jersey can wait (until tomorrow I hope).
