2019 Season Ticket Thread

Maybe? But he posted an oss.ticketmaster link and the general public VV is at

Thank you for this. I just spent a billionty years clicking around my account manager trying to find this before giving up. I moved down closer to the pitch to get away from the damn speaker. The view won't be as good but at least my tinnitus won't be acting up after every match. Really glad the rep called me, I'd completely forgotten about this appointment. She did everything for me over the phone, I just wanted to look at my section and see if any other options were available.

I'm in 214a. Kinda of annoyed at the cable they put up. Does anyone that sits in 213 or 212 know if they have any obstructions?

For those interested in the end line 200 seats, I am going to go against self interest and pitch for Section 205. It's part of that group of 2nd level seats that wrap around the end line, except these are sideline seats. They are very close to the pitch - look at the map below. You can't be on the side in the 200s and be any closer to the touchline.

And hey, that’s almost Chicken Bucket FC territory.

Sat there for a game last year -- agreed. Some of the best seats in the stadium.

Just had my relocation call. What a complete disappointment.

First thing the guy does is try and upsell me to a more expensive section nearby noting the "restricted view" in my seats (which have among the best views in the stadium).

Then, I finally log into the account manager, and I notice that the only sections that I can access are ones that are at my price point or higher. Every single section that is cheaper than mine is red and says no availability. This was BS generally, but also sucked because I was considering a move to some end sections nearer the supporters. I had to ask the rep on a section-by-section basis what the availability was.

And my own section didn't have an accurate view of what is available. I ended up moving ahead one row, but I had to ask what there was as those seats did not appear on my screen. When I went to more expensive sections, I got a clear view of the seats available (which were a lot), but at my level, I only saw a portion and below that, nothing.

Fine print says only open to people within 75 mile radius of Yankee Stadium. I’m out.

Can't see anyone in a premium section winning it either...

PRIZES: A total of one (1) prize is available to be awarded (the “Prize”). The Winner will receive reimbursement of his/her 2019 NYCFC Season Ticket purchase, up to a total value of $4,999. In the event the eligible winner entered the Sweepstakes via mail-in method without purchase, the Prize is 2019 NYCFC Season Tickets valued at $4,999. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: four thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars ($4,999.00). Total ARV of all Prizes: four thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars ($4,999.00)

I have a different takeaway from that, which is that the prize will be better for any non-STH than for any STH who is not already in Pitchside.

Here is the million dollar question, how do I get my 5%, has anyone's rep discussed this with them or is it a case of if you don't ask you don't get it? I got $75 coming my way and i wants it.

How much does it cost to sell tickets at StubHub?

It is free to list tickets for sale at StubHub. When your tickets sell, StubHub will collect their standard seller fee but NYCFC will give City Members a credit of any seller fees paid in excess of 5% on the sale of their NYCFC tickets on StubHub*. At the end of the season, City Members will be given the option to apply the credit to the renewal of their 2019 City Membership or other select ticket packages.

*Valid for NYCFC home matches only. Email used on your Stubhub account must match the email on your NYCFC ticket account. Account must be in good standing. Credit is not redeemable for cash.

BTW, how shitty is our account management page. It looks like it was made circa 1995. So effin clunky to look at invoices past and present. almost like it was shitty by design

lol my email to my rep

I want my credit.

BTW the account management page is shit. Shit by design I can only imagine, cause its almost impossible to be this bad unless it was on purpose. How can I look at past/present invoices when its so shit. I know you didn't design it but run that up the flagpole and tell whoever made it they should resign cause they suck at webpage development. Find a new career.

Had I know I would have added "P.S. I got a guy who can do a better job you should hire him. And I don't even know him, but I am 100% sure he could improve this steaming pile of feces you call a website"...... pretty sure that endorsement could have gotten you hired. But alas its too late.
