How much does the club owe you for your Stubhub rebate?

I am hoping to go to the event on Thursday and ask Mr. Sims about our Stubhub rebates. It would be great if I had some numbers to go along with my question.

I am personally owed $165, which I am guessing is towards the higher end as I sold at least 2 tickets to every game.

Anyone care to take the time and let me know how much you are owed?

I don’t have an exact figure. But you can say you talked to another STH who also didn’t get their rebate.
 
I was able to sell only one ticket all season on SH, and I have heard nothing about a rebate. So add me to the list also
 
I’d have to go back and check my sales. What are we owed, 5% of sale price?

You def didn't get yours because they haven't sent any and have no idea if they ever will.

They seem to be passing the buck to Stubhub.

If I recall correctly, the subsidy was supposed to be 50% of the StubHub fees I paid on each sale. I paid $66 in fees, so the Club owes me $33.

I messaged my rep the other day this is what he said:

Okay so that’s what my Director, Dan, is currently finalizing. I just asked and he said at the start of the season we’ll know how that’s being dished out.


For your case in particular, we will either be

  1. Refunding your card the difference or
  2. Charging back the credit whatever the credit amount was in the end or
  3. If you’d rather keep it there to use towards additional add-ons/upgrades, you can!

In sum, around the start of the season is when that, according to Dan, will be complete.

I saw on twitter recently people are pissed off because their rebates were much less than anticipated. Anyone receive their rebate?
 
I got an email from the club saying I got $9 and change for a rebate - it looks like they then automatically took it off of the next monthly installment I'm paying for the season

Don’t remember what it was, but it was small. Less that I remember way back thinking I should eventually get. Maybe it was 1-1/2 beers worth of rebate and I was expecting a few pretzels thrown in.
 
Tried using my rebate to buy more tickets for the NJRB Match. But since i already traded in a match for extra tickets to the NJ game they won’t let me buy more. Weird. Got to contact the club tomorrow.

Thanks, I'm just trying to add more so I can sell them. Best selling game all season. Hopefully lets me break even for the year if I can sell 4-6 tickets that match.

I had a similar issue with the Seattle game; I sent a message through the trade in app, and it was resolved quickly. Not sure why they lock you down after the first purchase; neither the did the rep I dealt with, but they're aware of it.

i saved allllllll the emails in a folder just in case they try to pull some bullshit and shortchange me. TM Sold confirmations, TM tickets sent confirmations, TM tickets picked up confirmation, SH tickets sent confirmations, SH money sent confirmation. Im gonna flood whoever is in charge with each email if they screw up.
