...I can't tell if I should be angry or not. Why the hell would they only put the tickets up at 2:50pm for a 7pm game? Anyone know a technical reason why this would be?

do you get the same seat every game? if not, then likely they probably want to wait to see what seats are left, and then picks from the leftovers. obviously, they want higher paying customers to pay full price for a seat before they assign a seat to a lower priced ticket.

Making it harder for people to game the system by having a front buy cheap college tix for non-college folks.
I guess that makes sense, but if you know you're gonna get the tickets anyway then why does it matter? I could have someone ask me to buy the tickets in my name for them...???? Or if it's someone you trust, same thing. Maybe it's so you can't put them up to the second hand market.

I would't know... as I've said in the past, I usually hang around the bars (standing area) near the supporter section/bleachers (202-204) regardless of where I sit, so I always get the cheapest ticket I can find without regarding the seat itself lol.

It was his idea to re-organize the ticket reps. Apparently management was very resistant to the idea but are coming around. There are 22 ticket reps now. Each with around 100 members. I don’t think that math really adds up though considering he also said there were some reps with over 1200 members each before this reorganization.
I wonder if some of the re-shuffling put many low-touch members to one rep and fewer high-touch members to one rep, and he was providing the numbers on the reps with the fewer amounts.

For example, I have not once contacted my rep for anything. I've received a few emails which I usually ignore, and have gotten the occasional phone call, but that's it. What if they put me, and many others like me, with a rep with (for argument's sake) 500 members, and then gave those other reps few members, that use their rep more often?

I really have no idea, just spitballing.

so let's all give them a call at the same time on Monday

Just curious did anyone else look back at their paid invoices. My invoices now show only the shipping costs and doesn't actually show my amount paid. I'm not sure if this occured because I pay for my season tixs via check so when they rolled over to the new platform I wiped out the invoice.

Yes I know I'm old, I still like writing checks.

The invoices don’t all show up for me, many are only the $25 - I paid CC. Really wonder if the club erased the info from viewing?

Same here. I’m thinking it’s probably something less nefarious though like they changed their account software or something.

Mine shows paid amount and I can view details that list out each game and how much for each ticket.

Specifically it says SUBTOTAL 909, LESS PAID AMOUNT 909, TOTAL AMOUNT DUE 0.00

So I got a call about 5:15 this evening from Jordan something. He’s the director of ticketing. It was a very nice conversation, he did not try to get me to renew at all. He was only interested in what my grievances were. He came over with Brad Sims from Cleveland. I could only talk for about 15 minutes because I had to take my son to soccer practice, he did tell me a few interesting things though.

It was his idea to re-organize the ticket reps. Apparently management was very resistant to the idea but are coming around. There are 22 ticket reps now. Each with around 100 members. I think something got lost between Jordan and you. Last night my new rep came by to say hi, and without me asking he also explained about the rep switching. He said something very similar to the above but slightly different in a way that makes more sense. He said that before the adjustment, some reps had as few as 100 customers while others had 1,000 or more. The reorganization attempts to spread the customers out more evenly. He didn't say what the average per rep is now, and I didn't ask.

All Pitchside sections and rows, regardless of founding member status are flat YoY.

Delta First Row Founders $1,309
Delta non-First Row Founders $1,275

I have first row and the $1,309 is my invoice price ($77 per game on average). I base the non-first row price on (1) the first row premium seems to be $34 (aka $2 per game) consistently, and (2) my rep incorrectly told me in an email that my price is flat from last year at $75 per game on average, presumably because he did not check and forgot I'm in the first row. I suppose it also might be $1,272 the same as last year, which was always an odd figure that does not divide by 17 and comes to an average of $74.76 per ticket or you can round it to $75.

I am in section 205, front row. I am being charged $1190 (minus $25 processing fee) for two seats. It has been three days since I inquired with my rep. I have not received any replies.

I am right behind you in Row 2 (seats 7-8), and I am at $1113 ($1088 plus the $25). So, it appears you are paying $38.50/season/seat for the privilege of blocking my view of the pitch.

p.s. - if you want to say "hi" tomorrow, please do. I will be the guy on #team50 squeezing in with two boys, 6 and 12.

Hey Vallos Vallos, I hear these are the latest stadium fashions to wear if you're in the front row of your section:
