I am in 205, and I love it. Unlike most sideline seats, you are very close to the touch line.

ETA: I was in 233A before that, and the view is much better. When I first moved over there, the atmosphere was also really good, but it's been less crowded the last year or so.

Does the fencing at the end of 205 block your view?

I always sit in the bleachers, I think it's 202-204. The seats don't have backs, but I love the view! Or I just stand by the bar near there, it's actually very nice.

Moved from 2 seats in 233B to 1 seat 205, row 6. Saves about $300 from last year. Figure I'll stick around for one more season.

I tried to upgrade to sideline seats but there’s a single seat like 10 seats away in the row I want and the stupid Ticketmaster algorithm isn’t letting me leave that seat vacant. Emailed my rep but man that’s some stupid logic.

I just moved to section 104, row 1! A bit pricier than my section 14 seats but I really like the sideline view, being able to see both goals rather than seeing just 1 goal. And of course, being right beside City Winery lol

I have been a Founding Member and have sat in Section 233A since the first season. I have sat next to the same folks every year, and we have become best friends in that time.

This off-season, I got the usual seat relocation email and ignored it because I was happy with my seats next to my friends. The email had no individual information about my seat. I additionally got an email from a new rep a few days later mentioning the seat relocation process but once again, no individual information was in that generic email.

On a lark (thanks to a Reddit post on STH prices on r/MLS), I logged into my account to see if I could figure out what the change in price was for my ticket since 2015. Hey, what's this? My seat row and number is changed! I suddenly had a new seat one row in front of my usual seat.

I emailed my rep on 12/6 and didn't receive a response from another rep (my old rep left the FO, surprise, surprise) until this morning.

In that email, the new rep informed me that my seat was moved due to "construction at Yankee Stadium". I then asked him if my friends' seats had been moved as well, and they had be moved to different seats three rows in front of mine!

Today's rep was very helpful, as he helped me find new seats for all of us in Section 234, but this is really unacceptable. Why didn't the FO send all of us individual emails in advance of the relocation period letting us know that our seats had been moved due to the construction? Does the club value those of us who are long-term supporters?

I am starting to think that the answer is no.

Fellow, STH, please check your seats to make sure that you have not been moved without your consent.

TL:DR: The club moved my seats in 233A due to "construction" without notifying me or my fellow neighbor STHs, and I'm pissed.

I'm starting to get the sense that this organization's business side is not run well.

Never has been. Their grand idea was the Citizens points that are worthless and goes downhill from there.

6th season, 5th different section. Have moved from 129 to Batter’s Eye to 126 to 226, and now to 233A. Still looking for the best place to watch from at Yankee Stadium. Batter’s Eye was great while it lasted, although the atmosphere wasn’t. Hoping 233A will be the place we stay.

233A is the best value in stadium. High enough to avoid obstruction of view, on the better side for atmosphere, and low cost. It can be difficult at times to see the far goal, but the replay screen is conveniently located - and they almost always attack to the supporter end in the second half.

I also prefer the endline angle for in person attendance to contrast the typical sideline angle for television broadcasts. It provides a different perspective for spacing and tactics.

Per email from COO Matt Goodman Stubhub is out and Ticketmaster is the official resale site in 2020.
makes it a lot easier to find tickets - rather than searching stubhub and ticketmaster, just being able to search ticketmaster was always great. ...However ticketmaster has their stupid extra fees sooo...

More info in the e-mail but that was the biggie. Also more here

Also something about the City Blue Card presented by MasterCard. I guess they are the new sponsor instead of Ford? They’re not issuing everyone a credit card.
