The problem is, the first half of the season tells you he might.
He might go up against two of the worst defenses all season? That'd be one hell of a schedule ;)

He's definitely thrown himself into the team, I presume they'll have to start him soon enough? Hopefully BVB, Bayern, and RBL can duke it out like this for the whole second half of the season. This also changes the outlook for BVB in the CL, if he can make this kind of impact in Europe as well. All the best for him, except against Bayern. Then I hope he sucks.

lmao!
Well, his output at salzburg was over 1 goal per game so I hope it stays up. If it does, there's a good chance we could win the league. However, with the way Bayern and Leipzig are doing I can't see us catching up.

You also forgot to mention Monchengladbach who are quietly in third place only 2 pts from 1st

If Bayern keeps form, then I think they do it again but I wouldn’t count BvB out at all.
As much as I love Timo Werner and the way Leipzig can play I’m sensing that they are missing something in ending top of the table.
When I watch Haaland I think of Michael Jordan. I realize that’s a fairly silly comparison but the way he seems to dominate is remarkable. His positioning along with speed and size... he is a total game changer.

The Bayern - Leipzig game has been entertaining. Just approaching halftime as I write this.

Three MLS vets on the pitch. Tyler Adams and Angelino at RWB and LWB for Leipzig. Alphonso Davies for Bayern.

Also Ian Joy on color commentary.

Scoreless now, but Bayern have been better.

Jeez..... Everybody is trying to stick Adams there when he’s a beast as midfield destroyer.

Two teams could have pulled far in front of 3rd but squandered it :D really makes Dortmund's loss yesterday even harder to swallow as we would have been one point from first :(

Good thing we still have to play Bayern at home... Realistically it's going to bayern or leipzig

Having watched that match, I think Adams may have played every position except goalkeeper at one point or another. Also, he came within inches of scoring, which would have been sweet.
Right. Adams' position for RBL was a lot like his brief work at the hybrid RB/CM spot for Berhalter. He went forward a lot and covered a lot of ground centrally too.

Klinsmann is such a fucking fraud. Hertha spent €80M in the January window, the most of any team in Europe, and Klinny is using the excuse that the board (of which he is part) isn't doing enough to help him succeed. What a goddamned joke of a man.
