Spoke to my rep and if you want a print out of the ticket for last Sundays game then give them a call. They are putting together a spreadsheet and hope to send out later this week!

I don't know if this ticket mailing thing is for real but that's your best shot, and should get someone to assign you a new rep as well.
Doug from fan services got back to me within a few hours telling me yes they were printing tickets .

Emailed my account rep on Tuesday. No message back. I actually noticed some people had hard tickets being scanned. They were city blue with the logo on it. Looked pretty nice and minimalist.
E-mailed EMily, my non-ticket rep (mine left) ticket rep - hoping for some love. Thanks for posting!
