    Yankee Stadium Needs To Improve

What's more is that there was no attempt to corral the line in any way. It was almost set up to create a bottleneck. I got on line about 4 and was in by 4:25, and I had a great time at the game. Really, I would do it all over again. But I find it inexcusable that anyone had to miss the beginning...

    Proud Of Our Fanbase

The "SUCKS!" thing actually did seem to succeed in quieting the Revs supporters. Why they went back to that chant after the first time I don't know.

    The Mess At Gate 6

T This is a very good point. I have been to other concerts and sporting events where the tickets listed a gate number, and would be an easy way to spread out the crowd and cut down on the wait time at the busier gates.

    Yankee Stadium Needs To Improve

Something else, and I'm not sure much can be done about this but the beer/peanut/hot chocolate vendors who walk up and down the aisles blocked my view of the field several times. At a baseball game where action is minimal that's not a problem, but a soccer match has a constant flow and it was...

    The Mess At Gate 6

I was at gate 6 and it took at least 20 minutes for me to get in. I have never exxperienced that at a Yankee game.

    Proud Of Our Fanbase

I'm fine with "NYC, NYC" also and I participated. I feel like "Ole, ole" has just been run into the ground so I wasn't crazy about that, but it was still an excellent atmosphere.

    Proud Of Our Fanbase

I was in 216 and was blown away by how engaged the crowd was. Have never seen anything quite like it in all of the soccer, baseball and hockey games I have attended. We had some fairly generic "NYC, NYC" chants and some "Ole ole ole" which I could have done without. Someone started up "Seven...

Haha, these guys were visible from the opposite end of the park in 216. Hilarious!

    Third Rail Chants Recorded

The Bundesliga (in addition to other MLS supporters) is definitely the place to go for inspiration. The chants are simple and seem much more upbeat than those heard in England, at least to my ears. However, given the popularity of the EPL and the fact that we are shall we say "inspired" by an...

    Introduce Yourself

Originally from Queens, now living in Orange County. Looking forward to Metro North-ing it to Yankee Stadium! I went to a lot of Metrostars games in the early 2000's but lost interest when they renamed themselves after a soft drink. Even in those days they felt more like a Jersey team, and my...

How Do MLS Away Days Work?

Would really love to see us pack the away section at RBA. Atmosphere would be nuts.

    Official Nycfc Pub Partners

I would love to see a Pub Partner in Rockland or Orange. Hopefully as time goes by there will be enough Hudson Valley based supporters to find our own.

Home - 03/15 New England Revolution

Purchased my tickets yesterday! Still angry about the Lampard debacle, but I'm willing to let it go this time seeing as I have been waiting for a team we could really call New York's since I fell in love with the sport 16 years ago. March 15th can't come soon enough!
