Queens side would be the only possibility I believe. The land in Greenpoint was recently rezoned and is becoming condo's like Williamsburg. If you google "Greenpoint Landing" there is a bunch of info on it, it's a pretty big bummer. I realize this is farther west than the picture above though...

Just curious since I read about De Rossi on here a lot. Are there any sources or substantiation to those rumors? I agree with your point on the free transfer trend. Makes sense with the fee some of these guys command on transfer, not so plausible with a MLS team budget.

pretty sure ESB requires you to license any use of the building in images and stuff like this so that might be why you don't see any recognizable buildings.
