I am really unhappy about the 2 game limit. Covid restrictions and being in the middle of the pandemic is not our fault. Not only did they heavily adjust the pricing to make the YS games much more expensive than the ones at RBA, they are only letting us trade in a maximum of 2 games. Otherwise, we will have to take it upon ourselves to resell them at this much higher price point.

Not only will that make it very difficult, if not impossible to resell as single match tickets without taking a loss, but the club is getting their money either way. Remind me again how we were rewarded with the low cost RBA games? Also can't wait for the club to inevitably start selling some cheap tickets via some kind of promo deal.

Club gets their money. Supporters continue to get shafted. If you want loyalty, this is when a club needs to take the hit. Especially one as wealthy as CFG. Lack of transparency and modifying policies to benefit themselves while screwing supporters is not the way to earn loyalty.
THEY DONT CARE

No-brainer for me to trade back the ridiculous NYRB game tickets and take my chances on the open market. At some point the market should be flooded with secondary market sellers or reduced-price tickets straight from the club.
Had I known about the two game limit BEFORE they opened the portal, I would have done exactly this. I would have just eaten the one ticket I can’t use on Friday

This is inevitable because the club has always treated non-STHs better than STHs when it comes to pricing. At least we used to get Cityzen points that enabled us to buy cool experiences and lockerroom mats.

Where does it show the trade in price ahead of returning tickets? I get this will be the highest premium but just curious

the email that was sent to us last week detailed the different pricing tiers for each remaining home game.

So I recently traded in tickets to two games I won't be able to attend, thanks to the help from M moogoo.

I hadn't however, been able to buy extra tickets for the 7/30 game that I wanted, so I followed up with my rep on that. She just responded saying: "I believe when you are adding on seats, you have to return the seats you currently have and then go in and grab the number of seats that you are looking for in row together within what is available."

Ok, kinda makes sense. Even though I'm in 237, which is General Admission, probably a system thing.

However, per the very recent Matt Goodman email, there is a limit of 2 games that members can trade in. Since I've already reached that limit, I can't go through the workaround suggested above since the system will no longer let me trade in my current ticket.
Follow up on this. I was able to talk with my rep over the phone and she was able to manually add the additional tickets I wanted in a pretty quick manner, so that is nice.

Still hoping that there will be some other solution to this going forward, because I know there will be other games I'm going to look to add tickets to and don't want to have to bother my rep each time I look to do so.

Reps really like to say they are going to call and then not call, huh?

Anyone needs two supporters tickets for Columbus let me know. Seems like this isn't getting resolved any time soon and I'm not taking a child to the stadium in the middle of pandemic.

should have harangued LionNYC LionNYC to open a chat for those attending the town hall.

Maybe the intern screened who would get the link sent to them on time. There's a golden rule in my business (And most customer service businesses)...control what you can control. They can't even do that
