Wasn't Mitrita's departure because his pregnant wife never received a US visa at all, rather than the pandemic? The club surely knew this.
He wanted to be closer to his family because of the pandemic-related travel restrictions, I believe.

Year | Goals | Minutes | Goals/90 | Minutes Played Pct. |
2018 | 11 | 1547 | 0.640 | 50.76% |

2020 | 3 | 670 | 0.403 | 32.37% |
I think the injury proneness more than anything is why we should move on from him, not the goalscoring etc. I think the injuries break up his chances of getting a decent spell on the wing, meaning he isn't getting into the groove. But that happens when you get injured so much. Same reason why we need a non-heber striker.I don't know what his contract situation is, but I think it is time to move on from Ismael Tajouri-Shradi.

I think his constant injuries have masked that even when he plays, he is much less productive than he was in 2018. Adjusting for minutes played, his goal pace in 2019-20 is 70% of 2018. I think there can be room on a roster for part time players who score about 0.45 goals per 90, but you also need them to be available, and the combination of lower production and substantial unavailability is, I think, too much dead weight.
He did, he was like top 3 in the league or something if I recall, perhaps even the best.Didn't he have an insanely high G-xG or something a year or two ago? I'm not surprised we're seeing some regression to the mean. I still think he links up better with Tinnerholm than any of the other options at RW, but I wouldn't be too upset if we upgraded with a DP there either.
Just about to mention something like this. I believe his first year with NYC, his first 6 shots on goal he scored. Which is absolutely ridiculous and would definitely skew the stats for year one.Didn't he have an insanely high G-xG or something a year or two ago? Even now his rate is ridiculous. Like 20 career goals on 40 SOG, somewhere in there. Of course, only having 40 SOG in 3 years is a problem.
