Hey Vallos Vallos, I hear these are the latest stadium fashions to wear if you're in the front row of your section:

Campy. Right?

What exactly does this mean...

"You also have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time, provided 30 days' notice."

Does that mean that if someone renews for 2020 and changes their mind after the deadline, you can get out of it?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time, but the caveat, which they don't tell you and is probably buried somewhere in the agreement, is that you don't get a cash refund. any money you have paid will be kept in your account by the club and can only be used for certain things, which afaik is limited to using it for tickets to future games. only reason i know this is i know someone who cancelled after starting to pay the installment for the new season (since it starts 6 months prior to the new season starting). after cancelling, the money was stuck with the club and they wouldn't just pay out the refund. couldn't use it to buy merchandise either.

I think that means you can cancel at any time, forfeiting the prorated amount already paid, and your cancelation takes effect 30 days later allowing the team to bill you one additional payment.

Because they value the customer’s satisfaction (and bank account).

Yes. No refund but future payments are cancelled. You get as many tickets as are paid for to that point.

Hi all. I'm a founding member but trying to opt out this year. The rep won't tell me how to opt out unless I schedule a call. What gives? Last year we got an email and an online form.

Just tried reaching you again. I can help you get the form if we jump on a call. Part of the process to cancel the membership is jumping on a call with us so please let me know a good time to do so.

I canceled my single supporter section ticket on Friday using the opt-out form. Yesterday I got a call from my service rep. It seemed the call was only about the new single point of contact and re-organizing the tickets/fan service department. Until i brought up that I had canceled next season. Then we spoke for about 30 minutes about my issues with the front office. I laid out each one of my points and he countered each of them. It began to get a little uncomfortable after a while, I really had to forcefully say that I am not interested anymore. He finally accepted that, and said in the next 48 hours I would be getting a phone call from upper management.

The specific issues I mentioned to him were lack of stadium progress, increase in ticket price, stub hub, the weak discount on in stadium purchases, ex-founding members getting their discount back if they sign up, small ticket packages released mid season that hurt the resale market.

Hi, where did you find an opt out form?

I didn’t tweet about it. But why does he think these are bluffs?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't follow him, so not sure. Someone RTed it into my timeline.
