OK, I think I speak for us all when say we really want to know what you splurged on back in October with that extra 67¢ in your pocket.

Not sure, here is a full pdf breakdown of how they charged it. Whats odd is im only counting 13 games

Mine also lists 13 games Plus 5 TBD slots. None of the Citi games are included. I doubt they suddenly decided to give us the Citi games for free -- and didn't announce it -- so I presume this is a glitch.

isnt it next week where we can go and adjust our seats for the four Citi field games? Maybe they are waiting until after that to charge those games.

found it:

On Monday, February 24, all Members will see their Citi Field seats loaded into Account Manager. Until February 28, there will be an exclusive window where only City Members will have the opportunity to relocate their seats within their price category before we go on sale to the general public (March 2).

So the Citi games will be added on Monday so I would expect the invoice to go up then.

My account is a mess.

My total paid in their account summary shorts me.
Plus I have made 8 payments in just 6 months. I think one of those is my fault because I made an unnecessary manual payment in September by mistake when I renewed. But I have no idea why there was another double payment month in December.
Plus my payment variance is substantial. I have paid 4 different amounts, and the highest is 3x the lowest.

the whole system is a disaster. i have a hard time understanding why theyd change the total on your payment schedule to zero after youve paid it. I shouldnt have to scour my credit card bills to figure out what i paid. On the left show what was scheduled to be paid on the right show what was paid. very simple. I dont even want to get into the frustration of looking at prior year invoices and trying to figure out what was paid.

On the left is the 2020 Citi Field map. On the right is the 2019 Playoff Citi Field Map. Some notable changes...

- Coca-Cola Corner, (i.e. right field porch) is no longer being utilized. Supporters are taking over sections 105 and 106.
- Away supports are moved from 132 to 121.
- 326-333 are now opened (surprised that away supporters are not in section 326).
- Legends A is now 118-120 rather than 115-116. Legends B is 115-117 reader than 118-120. Essentially they filliped.

It seems they listened regarding the supporter groups being split, that's very good news

Just checked account manager and Citi Field seats have not been loaded up yet. Not sure how the switching process will work - because there is no way I am sitting in the same seats as the playoff game. They were atrocious.

guess I’ll wait for the email and instructions sent some time as usual.

I may have missed it, but when are the boxes arriving? And can we trade in yet?

email says you can trade in the citi field tickets just like yankee stadium, if your okay with the seat location. if you want to change contact ticket rep

thank you. What about for yankee stadium though? I can’t make the first two games.

any idea when the box shows up?

Just received an email from NYCFC that City Member tickets are now loaded into our account. Mine are located at midfield section 124. My YS ST are in 214A which is behind the goal. For the playoffs in CitiField last year I received similar behind the net seats. Being "upgraded" to midfield seems to be a nice touch from the FO. Was just wondering if anyone here had a similar experience and if you sat there last year what sight lines are like??

No idea about the box, but if I read the email correctly you can trade in, transfer both venues now.

Just changed from 134 to 139 to be closer to SS. Waiting for confirmation but it was pretty smooth on the phone.

really wish they had let us pick our seat within designated sections that were in the same price point as at yankee stadium. having to contact the rep to change seats is pretty annoying.

My tickets at YS are midfield-ish row 1 (sec 104). So of course my Citi field seats are section 109 (comparable section of the field)... but row 4

i wonder if the GA in citi field will actually check tickets like they do in YS? IIRC they didnt really ask me for the playoff game.

EDIT: they moved me over one section in GA, 103 to 102.
