I don't know, but when I did it I called and basically said "I'll be done until _______" and that was about it. They try to bring you back, of course, but I just politely said no and they didn't push any farther

He wouldn't send me the link to the opt out form. So when I found it, I submit the form, and removed all forms of payment from my account. I told my wife the story and she made me feel bad for him. Can't be a fun job.

My response to the rep:
The position is probably extremely difficult, but the club has placed their employees in the position to absorb the wrath of unhappy STH with very little information to smooth the process over. I get it that the club wants to conduct an exit interview to understand why people are dropping their tix, but they aren’t entitled to it, and to force it by withholding the opt-out form, or at least where to find it, is absolutely disingenuous and the opposite of a helpful representative.

I am in section 205, front row. I am being charged $1190 (minus $25 processing fee) for two seats. It has been three days since I inquired with my rep. I have not received any replies.
My rep finally responded.

Thanks for following up on this and my apologies on the delay.

The short answer is yes, and the first row in select seating categories is being charged more. The seating map should be available shortly and was having the final details being added. If you would like I can follow up with you when the seating map is released, as I believe it may be today or tomorrow.

So there will be a seating map. The cloud of secrecy is being unveiled.

Maybe wait to send out the renewal email when the seating map is finalized and ready??? Seems like they jumped the gun like a teenage boy getting his first lap dance.

The team will release the seating map on September 17th right after the deadline to renew the season tickets. They have the map but won't release it until after the renewal date and they will just list the non founding prices.

What really sucks is that you have less leverage as a founding member in the first row (or any desirable location) because I'm pretty sure the club is able to fill them quickly at whatever the new member increase is.
I'm in the first row and called to find out what the deal was with pricing and the rep's vibe whas very "whatever".

Btw I received 2 blue cards in the mail for the September games. Instead of randomly handing them out though, might get my friends some comp tickets to see if they like it.
im just gonna leave them in the lobby of my building. maybe someone picks it up and registers or someone thinks its trash.......... i will let fate decide.

Struggling with my decision to renew or drop and lose my founding member status. My main issue is that I have a 2 year old and a 3 month old so I've been pretty much giving my tickets away to every game. Trying to figure out if it's worth downgrading and holding on to the status til the kids are a bit older or if it's better to just drop and sort things out in a few years. For with kids any insight on the following questions would be helpful:

1. At what age do you think kids start enjoying going to the game and actually sitting and watching the game?

2. Once your kid was old enough to enjoy going to games how many games a year is it possible to take them too based on other activities/commitments and issues with night games being past their bed times or on school nights?
